This place is a JOKE ! Don’t come here . They don’t know what they doing. I had to get lab work done and they had my results sitting there for weeks I had to call message them so many times to get an answer for my results. They definitely don’t take patients seriously. I don’t recommend this place at at. Nurse Sarah is rude , I don’t even know how she still has a job there . Doctor Adriana A that works with her as well is unprofessional . I’ve been trying to schedule a follow-up appointment for my asthma for the past two days, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. I’ve called multiple times and also emailed, but no one has responded. This is really frustrating, especially for a clinic dealing with respiratory care where follow-ups can be time-sensitive. I hope the communication and scheduling process improves.

Waited 2 months for the new patient appointment. Got a call the day before asking if I’d received the intake paperwork. What paperwork? I wasn’t told there was any or I would’ve called to ask about it in the 2 months leading up to the appointment. I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill it out. The receptionist said it wasn’t possible to email it to me. However, I’m disabled, and I have difficulty writing by hand. I also sometimes have issues with my vision. Kaitlyn MA Super generous when it came to sorting my appointment and dealing with certain issues. She made me feel safe in the environment and helped. She innovated on certain topics and did her thing when it came to my snoring problem. Maria MA Took care of my allergy testing on my back to see what I was allergic too. Had things in common with her current significant other so it was cool to see some people with my age who had goals and did her thing on the job. Can't speak to the new administration except that they refused to let me travel during treatment. The 4.9 star rating is in large part due to Dr Hrncir who is now with Apex Allergy and Asthma. Less convenient location for me but worth it for the excellent treatment.
