If I could give cero star i would so I received a call that my shots were ready and i could go i get them whenever I am ready this lady didnt explain that they have a shot schedule. The next day I received another call because I missed an appointment because my 6 month olds was sick. I ask this lady if I could go friday to get my shot and she said yes but if have to be at 10:30 and you have to wait an hour so youll be leaving at 11:30. This clinic is 40 minutes from my home! This place is a JOKE ! Don’t come here . They don’t know what they doing. I had to get lab work done and they had my results sitting there for weeks I had to call message them so many times to get an answer for my results. They definitely don’t take patients seriously. I don’t recommend this place at at. Nurse Sarah is rude , I don’t even know how she still has a job there . Doctor Adriana A that works with her as well is unprofessional . I’ve been trying to schedule a follow-up appointment for my asthma for the past two days, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. I’ve called multiple times and also emailed, but no one has responded. This is really frustrating, especially for a clinic dealing with respiratory care where follow-ups can be time-sensitive. I hope the communication and scheduling process improves.

Waited 2 months for the new patient appointment. Got a call the day before asking if I’d received the intake paperwork. What paperwork? I wasn’t told there was any or I would’ve called to ask about it in the 2 months leading up to the appointment. I was asked to come in a half hour early to fill it out. The receptionist said it wasn’t possible to email it to me. However, I’m disabled, and I have difficulty writing by hand. I also sometimes have issues with my vision.
