We're on our 3rd management company since moving here in August 2013, but the plus side is they have gradually improved each time. Current owners (Hayman Company) are pretty good.
They're greatly improved under their new management (since late 2013.) They've started investing money into this place. New security cameras. Maintenance is great.
Be careful where you walk, the stairs in my building are falling apart. I've almost fallen countless times.
