A Place To Call Home! We've lived here for four years and have no plans to leave anytime soon. The location is wonderful, with the public library, Whole Foods, Safeway and multiple other businesses within walking distance. Both the police and fire department are nearby providing that extra layer of security. Despite the proximity of these establishments, this is a very,very quiet location due to excellent placement and planning in a residential area. Great location, great price! I moved to Tacoma a few years ago and found this property a few weeks after moving here and I love it. I love my one bedroom apartment, it's open an spacious and I love the updated windows. I absolutely love spa - it's indoors so I can use it regardless of the weather my daughter on the other hand loves the playground.
