If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has horrible management. I hope management sees this review and cleans up their organization and management practices. I moved out in May. I was locked out of my unit due to my room being given to another occupant, despite never abandoning nor turning in my keys. The property manager Trace said he would look into it, but never followed up, so I had to keep calling. Move in was yesterday and when I first came in I realized my room was not furnished. One of the girls from the leasing office said she talked to someone and they would furnish it (or at least put a bed) before my first night, which didn’t happen. I went again to the leasing office today and they promised me (again) that I would get a bed around the afternoon, which, did not happen. The room they show on the website is the biggest room. There are 4 rooms. 2 a much smaller than the largest room but they're alright. One of the rooms might as well be a closet. You get a half closet while all other rooms get a full closet. Your bed will take up half the room and there isn't room for a desk. Which students need to study at a desk in there room. This would all be more acceptable if you weren't charged the same rent as the bigger rooms in the horrible tiny room

There was black mold in my apartment. Management was pretty bad. Check in was extremely unorganized checkout was also unorganized. I checked in and they said I didn't have a lease and I showed them my signed lease. After 45 minutes they told me I had actually been moved apartments and did have a lease. 3/4 rooms are a good size but I was put in the smallest room which is almost unlivable.
