Uninhabitable! I signed a lease months in advance from out-of-state. The day I got my keys, the whole complex was a hazard. Rusty and broken stairs and railings. Trash and empty pizza boxes left outside. Mold actively growing up try side of the buildings. My apartment(bottom floor of building A) was DISGUSTING! Cobwebs, mold, bugs, termite damage, dusty and shredded carpeting, holes in the furniture, missing lights, vents falling off the ceiling, LIVE maggots in the dishwasher, etc. The best part was when I asked the manager... read more

Former resident reviewing here. I had a very poor experience at University Gateway. The front desk agents aren’t given any authority to actually fix any problems, and the management is nearly impossible to get into contact with. They are very inconsistent with fees and inconsistent with sticking to the lease agreement. University Gateway is not at all considerate of their residents. It is convenient to live next to school, however this place is very mismanaged. When I moved in I was promised that we would get new furniture and that never happened. The walls were all nasty and damaged the phone numbers to call the office don't work. The Wi-Fi which on the side of the building is advertised to be high speed is locked at 10 MB up and 10 MB down which hasn't been high speed for over 20 years.
