I was recently reminded of how extremely unhappy me and my roommate's were with how we were treated here, and I wanted to leave the review that I forgot to in 2022-2023. these are the most important issues that we never had resolved in a timely manner with professionalism and kindness. I loved living at these apartments! The staff is all super friendly and willing to help out in a timely manner. It was sweet having a vollyball court and hot tub . Super fun for hosting friends
Gross roommates but that’s a whole other issue that they will do absolutely nothing to even help resolve, THEY ARE NOT ADA COMPLIANT. The only accessible apartment unit has a bunch of big dudes living in it. And the wheelchair parking spots have been missing signs since Sept of ‘22. (They will only boot people sometimes). They booted me for parking in a disabled spot with my disabled placard on the dash instead of on the mirror. And the office staff don’t know anything about accessibility and accommodations.
