Maintenance was so helpful with replacing our light bulbs. They came the day after we put in our order. However, it really depends on how high of a priority level you put. It took two weeks for our toilet to get fixed.

Me and my wife lived at this complex for a year, and while the apartment was okay, the management was very dishonest when we moved out and charged us $300 for "cleaning" after we had scrubbed the entire apartment for more than a day to make sure it was absolutely spotless before our move out. They said they had pictures and then sent us pictures that were obviously not of our apartment. Gouging college students is really a low move.

1st Year: $845/month 2nd Year: $992/month 3rd Year: $927/month Living at University Gateway for 3 years was a decent experience. We liked living on the third floor because it has vaulted ceilings with storage space above the cupboards. The other floors can feel claustrophobic. The rent for this 450 square foot apartment was a bit higher than we would have liked, although I believe places everywhere have raised rental prices.
