My wife and I think the apartments pretty good, and the family ward is amazing. Maintenance was lacking for a while, but they just got a new guy who seems promising. We'll have to see how it goes. We have a baby and live in a two-bedroom. It's sufficient for most of our needs, but we do have to rent a storage unit, since storage space in the apartment is low.
Me and my wife lived at this complex for a year, and while the apartment was okay, the management was very dishonest when we moved out and charged us $300 for "cleaning" after we had scrubbed the entire apartment for more than a day to make sure it was absolutely spotless before our move out. They said they had pictures and then sent us pictures that were obviously not of our apartment. Gouging college students is really a low move. I would give this place zero stars if I could. My wife and I rented here as newlyweds because we were promised a furnished apartment with a couch, bed, table, and chairs. When we moved in, all we had was a table. After contacting management, we were told they had already given the furniture to other tenants and that we were never promised anything, even though the lease said it was furnished. If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I were so excited to start our life together here, but it quickly turned into one headache after another. We were told the apartment would be furnished, yet when we moved in all we had was a table. After asking about the rest, management acted like we were never promised anything.
