I went to the office with my referral to schedule an appointment for my visit. The staff were pleasant and professional. On my scheduled appointment visit the wait was not long around 5 minutes. TAYLOR HERSHBERGER, FNP is one of the best medical providers I have seen. She has a relaxed manner and asked many questions. She listens and I felt comfortable talking to her. I called and someone just picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. No call back.
It was very difficult to finally reach someone at WVU Gastroenterology, but I'm glad I saw Dr. Fishkin - top notch medical.
No one answers the phone and no one will return calls.
