Absolutely the worst experience. I was referred here for ongoing stomach issues and waited 3 months just to get an appointment. When I finally arrived, I sat for over 2 hours past my scheduled time before being seen. The doctor barely looked at me, asked no questions, and simply told me to double up on my Protonix. Later, when I followed up with my family doctor, he was shocked to hear that no exam or real consultation was done. I went to the office with my referral to schedule an appointment for my visit. The staff were pleasant and professional. On my scheduled appointment visit the wait was not long around 5 minutes. TAYLOR HERSHBERGER, FNP is one of the best medical providers I have seen. She has a relaxed manner and asked many questions. She listens and I felt comfortable talking to her. I called and someone just picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. No call back.
It was very difficult to finally reach someone at WVU Gastroenterology, but I'm glad I saw Dr. Fishkin - top notch medical.
No one answers the phone and no one will return calls.
