Don’t do it!! They are very nice for the tour but once you pay that application fee the communication is very dry and nonchalant. Took about two weeks after approval to get called for a unit and I should’ve known from the sudden urgency it was a setup! The lady asked me to view the apartment on a Friday at 4pm right after the “cleaning “ lady was leaving. Inside apartments are sufficient and roomy no complaints here
New management coming in making a bunch of new and ridiculous rules, definitely find somewhere else. Especially because we are having constant robberies. And now the prices have gone up, even though no new security features have been set. They tell you to call the main office if you have an issue, however the phone never gets picked up and their message system is full.
