I asked if they were second chance apartments and they told me I was good. I ended up getting scammed for my application fee because I wasn’t approved.
Don’t do it!! They are very nice for the tour but once you pay that application fee the communication is very dry and nonchalant. Took about two weeks after approval to get called for a unit and I should’ve known from the sudden urgency it was a setup! The lady asked me to view the apartment on a Friday at 4pm right after the “cleaning “ lady was leaving.
