I am amazed with the Management as well as the maintenance at University gardens, The grounds are always kept clean and pretty Ashley is the best! She is super kind, helpful and understanding, she always makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face, there is always good energy while around them, The maintenance man is superb, straight to it fixing anything that needs fixed and always in a timely fashion, my shower faucet wasn’t working properly and he fixed it I’n a jiffy. Update: If you look below, I was manipulated at first.. shiny new appliances that they do not actually give others, new floor & all, that again, they do not give others. The property company, Soundview, cares more about their employee that has countless times broken leases than they do about the residents that pay over $1,000. They have trespassed in my place more than once, there’s been spiders here (a TON) & not only in my place, where they have sprayed 5/6 times now.
