We have lived here for a few years, and it has been good enough. One of the problems is parking. Even though you have to pay over $100 for parking a car, it does not assure you of having a spot. You have to know when people come and go out in order to have a parking spot. The office's maintenance of the buildings is fair; they have often fumigated the allurements; however, some people do not follow the directions, and spaces do not get fumigated; therefore, more rulings and restrictions should be made. University Gardens es el mejor complejo de apartamentos que pude haber elegido como primera vez tienen un buen servicio al cliente, un precio súper accesibles , la zona es súper segura llegó a las 11:30 pm de mi trabajo y nunca me pasa nada , los paquetes de Amazon etc no se me pierden no tengo plaga en la casa todo es súper excelentemente lo recomiendo al 100% pueden buscar a Oscar Álvarez por si quieres mudarte el me ayudó y me orientó 🙏👌🏽
