I've lived here awhile and won't be renewing my lease. They don't have enough parking for their residents. They don't allow visitor parking and only provide you with ONE parking pass per apartment. Despite this, there STILL isn't enough space for their residents. If you work late, arriving after 10pm, you might not be able to park anywhere. Not even on the street. We have lived here for a few years, and it has been good enough. One of the problems is parking. Even though you have to pay over $100 for parking a car, it does not assure you of having a spot. You have to know when people come and go out in order to have a parking spot. The office's maintenance of the buildings is fair; they have often fumigated the allurements; however, some people do not follow the directions, and spaces do not get fumigated; therefore, more rulings and restrictions should be made.
