I have been a patient of Dr Befumo since 1989. She has saved me from foot surgery along with helping me deal with ingrown toenails, plantar warts, arch pain, and now toenail fungus. I have received orthotics for my shoes to help with foot pain. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Befumo. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. Dr Befumo goes the extra mile to relieve the pain in my feet. I could not ask for a better health care provider. If you or a loved one are having foot issues, I highly recommend University Foot and Ankle Center. Great staff, highly knowledgeable, motivated to help and to heal. Five stars are not enough. It only says DPM after her name, I'm adding VGD (Very Good Doctor.
I recently became a new patient of Dr. Befumo. She came highly recommended by a neighbor who is also a patient. After a complete examination, Dr. Befumo explained and advised the best treatment course. Her office assistant Stacey is very professional. I highly recommend this physician.
Have been a client since Dr. Befumo still practiced in East Brunswick & followed her to Monroe which says everything. Also Stacey is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Befumo has been my podiatrist for twelve years. I first went to Dr. Befumo for an ankle sprain, then a hip injury, followed by the need for annual orthotics, and then several other serious medical conditions that resulted in more sprains and infections. Dr. Befumo always found time to squeeze me in and fix my issues. She has been one of my saviors over the last decade. Anyone who has issues with their feet, ankles, calves, hips, toenails, etc should go to her. I cannot recommend her enough.
