Charged me an $85 co pay just to give me my shoe insoles that I ordered through them. What a scam. No one ever told me during the first appointment that I’ll be charged again just to pickup my insoles.
Dr only spoke with me for 6 minutes. Said after two visits I would need an MRI. Why not tell me this on the first visit ? Such a waste of time and a scam. If he’s such a great surgeon, why did he say my case was such a complicated one and that I should go to cedars? Why couldn’t he not waste my time and money and say that in the beginning? This guy is a con artist as he doesn’t even validate for parking for handicapped people and the rates seriously change each time. Red flags 🚩 all around.
Dr. Baravarian is awesome!! He takes his time to explain the procedures and is always attentive.

I saw Dr. Baravarian after rupturing my left Achilles tendon (at the age of 74). He recommended surgery, for reasons that he carefully explained, and performed the operation four weeks ago. The surgery was completely successful, and in a couple of weeks I will progress from a non-weight-bearing cast to a walking boot.
