They have everything you need to Maximize results, not to mention staff that you can ask questions or simply get training from. Jeff and Charles are world class and know there craft and not to mention Mike who automatically will greet you at the front door! I was down for a week and absolutely impressed with the facility and people and whenever I come back this place will always get my business!

Been coming here since they opened and I'll never go to any other gym again. Best gym in south Florida, has everything you need for a great workout, it's always clean, everyone is nice and it's never overly crowded like all the other gyms.
It's a real gym rat's, dream gym. Lots and lots of variety of equipment. They keep it organized; you wont have to look for weights or atachements someone left somewhere, they're always where they're supposed to be. Friendly staff. Could be cleaner, but I go here 4 to 5 days a week and like it a lot.
