UFCU always so helpful. They're the best.
This is where loyalty goes to die. . . . After more than two decades as a member, I'm done. I can be treated like a number at any other bank or credit union. During the app update/ outage last month, I was charged (2) $5 penalties to access my own savings. One of which I previously scheduled before the outage.
