Helped me through the contact us feature, I had a problem and they fixed it very fast without having me to call, just chat. Very friendly!
Was in town for my daughter to attend a camp at UND, needed cash for her. I used their ATM and walked inside and asked for the $20 to be broken into smaller bills. Was informed that since I wasn’t a member they wouldn’t help me. Well, that’s certainly not the way to make me want to become a member.
