UFCU always so helpful. They're the best.
This is where loyalty goes to die. . . . After more than two decades as a member, I'm done. I can be treated like a number at any other bank or credit union. During the app update/ outage last month, I was charged (2) $5 penalties to access my own savings. One of which I previously scheduled before the outage. After several calls with absolutely NO return calls, I'm throwing in the towel. There are better savings interest rates to be earned out there so please, please shop around.
