Now going on seven days going back and forth with Walmart in this doctor's office to get a refill on my prescription.. just to highlight the important days... on day 5 I called the office they said "we're so sorry could you have them refax it"... day 6 I called the office back I'm sorry Walmart has problems sending electronic let me call them and give them a verbal..... call back. I have been seeing Dr.Burns for just over a year now and feel like I am getting the best care from him and his staff. I have recommended him to family and friends who like him.
University Family Medical Center provides excellent care for their patients. I had a flawless experience my first time there. I live in Kissimmee and am willing to travel the distance for my medical needs. The front staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and makes the visit as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this office! Kathleen Davis is the ARNP who took care of me, she's very professional, great listener, and really cares about providing quality care. 5 star service all around!
Friendly staff. EKG and blood work done in office. New patient appointment including paperwork and all testing - in and out within an hour.
Dr Burns and Sarah are the best! We have moved to FL recently and found this clinic by accident. I am truly happy with their service, care and kindness have been a blessing.
I used to love this place and have gone here for years. However, I've had a disappointing experience. I've been trying to get follow up results and no one would help me. First they said the doctor had to sign off on it but didn't come till 1, said they'd call me back. Around 3 I called and they say he's seeing patients all day and won't get to it. We've been going to them for over 20 years!! Our kids have grown with them. ALWAYS helpful and willing to work with schedules. Will go for another 20.
