I called today 7/29/25 around 1:00 pm to make an appointment for the first time, and the receptionist put me on hold several times. When she finally answered the phone she told me that they are not accepting new patients. That's an awful customer service. Your answering service should specify that your clinic is not accepting new patients, so that callers who is wanting to schedule an appointment doesn't have to waste their time being on hold only to be told "I'm sorry we are not accepting new patients".
I always have a great experience with UFH.
Flakey at best. They don’t return calls, report results, and most of the time you can’t reach the office by phone. You can call while sitting in the lobby and watch the calls just roll to VM. Portal is wonky. My medical history was explained in parenthesis as though it were in “question” I met with the latest nurse practitioner for 3 minutes there who described me in her notes as abrupt… 4 years of pain trust me I’m not your friend I’m a patient in pain.
