As a new patient of this group, I have had an excellent experience with this office. The staff in the front office are professional and friendly. Mary Hopewell, APRN is the best at being thorough to make sure that she covers important details of your exam/screenings. I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at this office. I have never walked out of a medical appointment feeling so uncomfortable and misrepresented. I received a bill for $254 claiming I received a "full detailed exam," which is a complete fabrication of the services actually provided. Terrible experience! My new patient appointment was not even 2 minutes long and 1 question. Do said hello and asked my meds. They already had them so they should have reviewed prior to meeting. I told the doc I'm on TRT and have been for 3 years, and unlike any other practice, they require you to go in weekly so they can give it to you even if you've been doing it yourself. They want to charge you weekly fees for something as simple as a small injection. They say its their "policy to control abuse and to keep their patients ... read more

I had my annual wellness visit earlier this week and, as always, I really appreciate my doctor , dr Brian Carlson is amazing! As well as the kindness of the staff in the office. They are wonderful and I feel very comfortable with the care I receive. However, since the practice changed management in December, it has become much harder to reach someone in the office. I want to preface this review by saying Dr. Brian is an excellent doctor- friendly, keeps it real and very knowledgable. However, there have just been too many issues with the front office staff not communicating certain details or forgetting to send over my lab work on time. It has resulted in too much time wasted and undue headaches.
