I had my annual wellness visit earlier this week and, as always, I really appreciate my doctor , dr Brian Carlson is amazing! As well as the kindness of the staff in the office. They are wonderful and I feel very comfortable with the care I receive. However, since the practice changed management in December, it has become much harder to reach someone in the office. I want to preface this review by saying Dr. Brian is an excellent doctor- friendly, keeps it real and very knowledgable. However, there have just been too many issues with the front office staff not communicating certain details or forgetting to send over my lab work on time. It has resulted in too much time wasted and undue headaches.
Poor communication and disorganized. Booked an annual exam but was turned away upon arrival because they never informed me I needed labs done prior to the visit. The front desk staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience. Save yourself a trip and double-check their requirements yourself.
Good people good service
Dr Loren Carlson is extremely thorough with me and my wife's annual check ups. He truly cares about our well being and does NOT prescribe any medicine that he deems inappropriate. Love his straight forward, no nonsense approach, and personal touch. He is an excellent PCP.
