The doctor was wonderful, but the staff (with the exception of one man who checks patients out at the end) are miserable and rude. If you can go to the providers at one of the other locations, I would recommend that, but the Warsaw office staff are miserable and unfriendly.

UNIVERSITY EYE BLINDED ME I had eye surgery and was given antibiotics and steroids for inflammation. Shortly after eye pressure went way up so steroids were increased. As pressure kept going up more steroids. Then it was determined my cataract was cause so it was removed. Pressure kept building and steroids increased. I had other health issues develop questioning the steroids and University Eye suddenly dropped the doses and started taking me off this medication. The doctor herself was great, but both of the receptionists and the entire experience overall was awful. I definitely recommend going elsewhere if possible.
I just called to make a appointment, I spoke to the most rude person ever, I believe her name Martha. She was no help at all it was almost like me calling her was bothering her. I am staying away from this place.
