The doctor was really good and she called to check on me cause I had headaches I really appreciate that the eye exam was top notch
My son had an appointment with them to order a new pair of new lenses in late January over two weeks ago. The medical service itself is great. During out visit, I filled out a form to transfer medical records from the former clinic. However, when I called them after two weeks, the front desk told me they had been waiting for me to file the paperwork to transfer medical records. So, the form that I filled out was missing! I have been a patient at the University Eye Center for over 8 years. The doctor's really give you a thorough eye exam and answer all your questions. Dr. Thelwell was exceptional during my appointment in October. He answered all my questions. His professionalism and his personality made you feel very relaxed and let you know that he cared about you as a patient. Kaylee at the reception desk was also very helpful with helping me with an Eye Med insurance issue.
