I loved Sarah today at my eye appointment.. she rocked! 🥰
I loved the office and all the doctors. The worst part is having to call them. I’ve been on hold over an hour just to order contacts. This alone is making me reconsider continuing my sons care here.
My daughter has been coming here for about three years, and just til recently I've had no complaints. She was due for an eye exam. We were there well over four hours! I felt like it was intentionally extended, for whatever purpose. I allowed them to dilate her eyes, which the tech didn't even offer shades. Especially considering one of her pupils has a tear in it.
