I could not agree with the previous reviewer any more! Dr. Cherne is amazing. His desk staff is fairly short with me. I called to rush and try to make it to pick up contacts for my son one day and she falsely told me they closed a half an hour earlier than they do. When I asked her why, she told me, "so, people don't come at the last minute". I will go back because of the doctor, but the desk staff could stand a bit of improvement.
