My husband had been seeing an optometrist at a competing eye care facility who recommended he see an opthamologist. We spoke to our family doctor who then recommended Dr. Rolain. He diagnosed bi-lateral cataracts that were very aggressive in nature. His 1st surgery was in October 2016 & he has just completed his 2nd surgery as of this posting. I have gone to many different eye doctors to help treat me for my diabetes and Dr. Obertynski is the best one that I have had. She and her staff are very nice and friendly and make sure I understand everything that is going on
Five years ago I called, Dr. Rolain, from St. Joes emergency complaining of "flashes" in my left eye. It was a Saturday (and I found out later he was at his childs ball game) so I left a voice message. Upon returning my call, I explained to him my condition, and he advised me to meet him at his office. Dr. Rolain left his family and unlocked his office, on that Saturday, to treat me.
