University Electric replaced the main panel in our home, upgrading the service in the process. They did it quickly, very professionally, and for a very fair price. I particularly appreciated the objective way they helped me weigh all my options so we ended up getting the most value from the project.

I woke up and half of my condo was out of power. I called University Electric and they were out here in 1 1/2 hours when other places I called had insane prices or couldn't be out until Monday. The technician was extremely helpful, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He found a short in an outdoor outlet, and quickly fixed it.

We called this company because several basement outlets suddenly lost power and we could not locate the GFCI outlet ourselves. The technician (Tom) came out, located the GFCI, reset it, and that was the only work performed. No repairs, no parts replaced, and no additional troubleshooting. We were then charged $285 for this, which was shocking given the simplicity and length of the visit.
