We were very impressed with the quick response to our request. Tom was very thorough & conscientious with the repairs & explained what he was doing as he went. We are most pleased with his work & will be happy to use his services in the future. Thank you.
Worked with someone possibly named Rocky. He left us in a worse condition than before he came!! Was not informative until after we paid $85 just for him to tell us that we have a short fuse.. well duh! I dont need a diagnostic i need my lights back on. Blamed it on the insurance on why he needs to charge us another 275, he left while we were on the phone with ins company. Called him back and he wanted us to pay his gas - upped it to 295. Was supposed to come back the next day, no call no show. Wanted the diagnostic on paper ... read more

I highly recommend anyone who needs a knowledgeable, experienced electrician to call University Electric. My partner and I had only moved into our new (to us) home a couple of months when the power went out, but only in half of our home. Strange, but there was an outage in the area so we hoped it would resolve relatively quickly. Unfortunately, it did not. We called a few companies but couldn’t secure an appointment quickly.
