Largest bedrooms on campus I think.
University Edge is amazing! Very spacious living with 2 pools and hot tubs! The staff is great and the matinence is very knowledgable and fast! It's also within walking distance of campus which is beyond convenient when compared to parking on the streets by Baylor.

Great experience at University Edge. Nice staff, relatively clean apartments. Found some cockroaches, but they came and fumigated the next day. Maintenance was always there when needed. Apartments look like they're from the set of Full House (they're kind of old), but that's OK because the place was huge compared to other apartments in Waco. Would recommend for a law/graduate student or an undergraduate looking for a more quiet experience.
University Edge is wonderful, friendly and a safe place for college students. I was worried with my daughter moving to Waco. The living experience she has had with University Edge has ease my mind. Staff members are the bomb! Especially Kasey!
University edge is the place to stay during college! All the staff members are awesome and there when anything goes wrong! I have had no complaints with this apartment! It's hip and full of excitement!
Great place and nice layouts! The office staff is super helpful!
