Alight is very unprofessional. I hate to be writing this type of review after living in these apartment after 2 years but they show their true colors after move out. Worst apartment I’ve stayed at while going to LSU. I would call the office and they would send it straight to voicemail. I tried talking to the leasing manager about my Rommate situation and they acted like she wasn’t there until I said I’d call corporate. The office staff rarely do their jobs. They let trash pile up on the side of the building and only care about money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
I will now further prove the duplicitousness of Alight Baton Rouge and The Scion Group as they are continuing to stick by their conning behavior, even today. Just stay on top of your maintenance request and pay attention to what they are charging you. They get a little too happy charging you for things that was done correctly on your part. Sound real money hungry to me but hey. Just pay attention, don’t let them play in your face .. Stay on top of it, It don’t matter how many times you reach out.
I just moved out July the 28th. I will say The Alight, rooms are big & spacious, but it’s not worth it. They gave me a damaged apartment last year in the fall. My carpet had two big blue stains, bathroom was dirty & carpet was coming up. I ALSO had a huge hole in my ceiling in the bathroom… they never fixed until it was damn near time for me to move out & all they did was made A HUGER hole .
