Make sure your rent isn't due late or else you will get a late fee of 40$! On top of that every time you make a transaction you will also be charged with a processing fee. What a great apartment complex. Also for the rent as it is the processing fee is 20$.
Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give it less than one star I would. It is overpriced for what you get. You're paying for how close it is to campus and it's really not worth it. There are much nicer and cheaper places to live near campus than this place. When you move out, they will charge you for every little thing including anything they have to clean.
