We love the folks at University Drive Veterinary Hospital. They always take time with our pets and answer all of our questions. They were understanding when we were unable to coax our new kitty into the cat carrier for his first examination. They set up another appointment for the next day and all were happy to meet the new member of our family, Heshe. Thanks to all at UDVH!
They are the best in town! Always amazing service, they always make sure our pets needs and comfort are top priority.
Responded in 10 minutes when I emailed about bringing my dogs to them. Had an appointment that week and my dogs were treated like royalty. They listened to all of my concerns and didn’t make me feel bad. Developed a plan with me and called me the next morning with results so treatment could begin. I was going to another vet for over 10 years and never felt the way I did with this Vet team at UDVH.
Staff is very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. They showed they really cared about my dachshund, Oscar. Thank you for making sure he’s a healthy puppy and we are looking forward to our next visit.
