I've been here twice in as many weeks, and I can say that I will always go here for any MRI or X-Ray needs in the future. The first time I went I was SO SCARED as the last MRI I had at a hospital years prior was a very traumatic experience (literal straps holding me down because my arms kept wanting to fall off the sides and they didn't trust I would keep them still). I had an MRI of the neck done - it was not an easy procedure but the staff member made me feel as comfortable as she could and she was super helpful. Also Ivy and Heather are extremely professional and kind and I appreciate them so much. They made a huge difference for me and I will definitely be back to the office again because of their willingness to listen and care for their clients.

Went for an MRI the whole experience was great. The staff were all pleasant and professional. The technician was also nice to work with she kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely return here for any imagining ordered going forward. Thank you all!!
Appointment was scheduled for 8:15am I showed up close to 8:10 and it is currently 8:25am. I can hear employees talking in the back room, yet no one has come to check me in. The doors when walking in are pretty loud also should have been plenty of an alert that someone is at the front desk. Not mad just disappointed.
