I'm not a patient, but my daughter is having thyroid problems and as soon as they can see her is 3 months out. She's a bus driver and is EXTREMELY TIRED. That's not her norm at all. I think she needs to be seen NOW.

Ive been struggling with Thyroid issues and massive weight gain for the last 2 years. Inspire was the first office to return my phone calls with 2 hours, follow up on medications, schedule appointments timely, conduct through labs and do an ultrasound. I have been so pleased with every aspect of the office from the front office to the Dr's. Thanks so much for listening to my concerns, not rushing through my appointments and following up on meds. I am feeling so much better now. Thank you!!!!!!!

I loved the doctor, but I agree with another review I saw stating that the office communication is god-awful. Literally waited seven weeks for a prior authorization request to be resolved. Kept being told they were waiting on notes to be closed, then was told it was sent, then was told there was no record of it, then was told it was sent a second time, and then when insurance called them to follow up for me, it had never actually been sent. This rating is FOR endocrine FRONT DESK staffs (especially LISA) and MEDICAL ASSISTANTS (Anna? or Hanna? I am not sure I spell her name correctly) @ 7085 N Chestnut ave. This rating is NOT for doctors. Doctors are GREAT!! My husband is a patient for this clinic…He has been seen by endocrinologists COUPLE TIMES for DM. He supposes to have a follow up appointments on Wednesday March 18! This rating is not for the doctor, but for office issues. I have 2 times now of having issues with my prescription. It requires a prior authorization and it takes over a month for this office to get it done. I will call multiple times and be told, “oh there is no notes here that one is needed..” I had previously confirmed with [pharmacy they sent notification and called the doctor office to let them know. Thank goodness it’s not life or death for this specific medication!!! Also, many issues with appointments getting resched... read more
