This rating is not for the doctor, but for office issues. I have 2 times now of having issues with my prescription. It requires a prior authorization and it takes over a month for this office to get it done. I will call multiple times and be told, “oh there is no notes here that one is needed..” I had previously confirmed with [pharmacy they sent notification and called the doctor office to let them know. Came in today and was having trouble with my insurance and the girls in the front called my insurance for me and Straighten everything out for me they saved me from having to cancel my apt thanks ladies!
They are very receptive to patient concerns. I called the office snd spoke to Andrea, my doctor’s nurse practitioner. I expressed a concern and she arranged a phone call for me to speak with my doctor. She then followed up with me to see if I was okay.
Every visit I come too I’m always waiting 1 hour or more. I can be on time or even early still waiting. Very rude especially since I have my ride waiting for me. Even when I call concerning my refills and speaking to provider in regards to medications and side affects it’s hard to get a hold of my provider. Dietician is awesome! Only reason I’m still here. She a great help! Considering looking for a different provider.
Incredibly late with appointments and unapologetic. Billed for procedures that weren’t done.
