I usually see Dr Cindy Wassef who is fantastic. She follow up on my condition always very thorough with the exam. This time Dr Wassef was not available and I was assigned to see Dr Lisa Zhou. Zhou was very unprofessional. Came into the exam room did not even look at my skin condition. Just looked at her file the whole time. Whole Visit was less then 5 minutes. Nothing was explained. I have never had a doctor visit so sloppy. Will not recommend her to anyone.
*Update at the bottom. Beyond terrible experience. I've been to numerous dermatologist over the past 2 decades but this doctor was disgraceful. Even with insurance, I had a co-pay (understandable) which I paid before being seen. I noted on my intake form exactly why I scheduled the appointment. Called about a wort growing on my hand back in June and they wouldn’t see me until August. Luckily, I already had a dermatologist appointment I booked back in April 2024 for August 2024z I’m not sure the level of circumstances for medical professionalism, but I do think it’s strange they didn’t/wouldn’t see me when I specifically explained the wort was hurting me and causing me pain back in June. Would not recommend this place at all was in-and-out less than 5 minutes didn't discuss nothing with me said I'll see you in Three months went to book cannot see for 6 months 👎
