Even with insurance, I had a co-pay (understandable) which I paid before being seen. I noted on my intake form exactly why I scheduled the appointment. The doctor did not address those concerns at all. I even verbally said so in the room and she did not take a look. Called about a wort growing on my hand back in June and they wouldn’t see me until August. Luckily, I already had a dermatologist appointment I booked back in April 2024 for August 2024z I’m not sure the level of circumstances for medical professionalism, but I do think it’s strange they didn’t/wouldn’t see me when I specifically explained the wort was hurting me and causing me pain back in June. Would not recommend this place at all was in-and-out less than 5 minutes didn't discuss nothing with me said I'll see you in Three months went to book cannot see for 6 months 👎
Waste of time, over booked apts. unprofessional. I’d rather scrub some dirt on my face then going there. Can’t even get my refills/in touch w/anyone.
If you have questions or need assistance in any way they DO NOT answer the phone or return calls. Luckily I made my appointment before this started happening. I hope they get their act together before I need to make another appointment otherwise this will be a deal breaker and I'll find another Dermatologist. Move forward 4 months and it's that time again and I can't get an appointment until October and they won't respond to the pharmacy to refill my daughters prescription for acne medication.
