I don't EVER write reviews, but I genuinely had the most poor interaction with the receptionist. I had a whole preauthorization fiasco for my ointment, and no matter who I called (my pharmacy, Chicago location, etc.) they kept telling me to talk to people at the Skokie location because that's what their system says. Well I called here and started explaining my situation to the receptionist, but she immediately said "we dont have it". Dr. Garden is the type of dermatologist to rush you out as soon as possible. My last appointment with him was 10 minutes long. Not very thorough, I had to go to and pay for 2 different appointments and still didn't have my condition fixed. Not going to go back to a 3rd.
Very knowledgeable, informed, gives good clear explanations, personable, professional. One couldn't ask for more.
