Dr Tom is the best! My legs look great And he was great about keeping me distracted from the injections, which I'm typically afraid of. I didn't even notice because he kept me entertained while he wasn't checking LOL
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I have been waiting over two months for the doctor to complete a simple prior authorization for my medication, and it still has not been done. I have called the office multiple times and keep getting the same response, but nothing actually gets resolved. The staff here are wonderful! Elizabeth is an excellent provider who takes her time with patients and addresses all of their concerns during their appointment. I highly recommend coming here for all things derm related.
I had an excellent experience with Elizabeth. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that worked wonderfully. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out. Highly recommend!
