the name mentions hygiene but there is no hygiene. The doctor who did filling put the gloves on and went out then used the same gloves on. I was not able to speak because of anesthesia. Also it’s almost 5:30 pm thus they keep on rushing. I never experienced like this from any other dentist place.
Don't go there.When I was student, I went there for dental cleaning. One of the lady doctor cleaned my teeth. After that, I started feeling pain in my wisdom tooth. Then, I was told that I need to go under surgery for wisdom tooth extraction. While removing wisdom tooth the dentist damage the nearby tooth. To hide the mistake, he put the cap on it. I came to know it by another dentist from different location. I am still having pain even after 4 years of my tooth extraction. The dentist damaged my nerve inside teeth. I am in ... read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the University Dental Clinic and feel compelled to share my frustration. I booked an appointment a few days back through their website for a whitening treatment, which clearly stated it was covered by insurance, at 11 am today. However, at 9:30 am, I received a call informing me that it wouldn't be covered. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment.
