All of the staff are amazing! Have been coming here for years.
I have had a lot of dental work over my lifetime with multiple dentists and after my crown experience here I will never return. The dentist here is so non personable that I don't even know her name and barely saw her. Left most of the work up to one of her dental assistants. Both trips I left in pain and the staff seem to not have cared less. I've had two crowns before and never felt pain. I tried to transfer to a different location and UDA wouldn't allow me to. Fumi and Madison were amazing and patient with me . Patient care is a pirority at this dentsl office.
The new dentist here Dr. Lukic easily gets offended by asking questions based on her diagnosis of your mouth. When asked to give further details she became very condescending and did not listen to my concerns at all. After the interaction she sent a letter to my home stating she could no longer treat me lol. Probably because I requested to never be seen by her so I guess she got offended. A real professional would not be so childish. Don’t recommend this office at all. I read all the reviews prior to coming and assumed only the angry people leave reviews. But this place is straight up a scam. I came in for a general cleaning to establish care. Wouldn't do a general cleaning without doing a gingivitis cleaning first. I understand wanting to do due diligence and do these heavy duty cleaning but if your patients cannot afford them, then offer them what they came in for. Don't tell them you won't give them anything.
