Alethea is Outstanding! I always look forward to my visits with Alethea, my dental Hygienist. She is truly exceptional at what she does and consistently provides excellent customer service. Every appointment I had with Alethea, she demonstrates the perfect touch when performing cleamings; gentle, precise, and attentive. I never feel like someone is tugging at my teeth, which i greatly appreciated. I highly recommend her and the Northlake offiice to anyone seeking quality dental care.
My hygienist Alethea, is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Everyone at this office is very pleasant and friendly. I’m always well taken care of.
I debated leaving a review, but I feel it’s necessary. I’m 71 and have had plenty of dental work throughout my life. The doctor was AMAZING, as was the young lady at the front desk. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the back was very different. There was excessive loud talking and laughing that felt extremely unprofessional and obnoxious for a dental office. My dear friend referred me, so I expected a much more professional environment. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.
This team deserves an extra star for the service I received. Definitely would recommend.
