Billed unnecessarily. They forget to file things from previous years and then you get hit with a bill for a couple of hundred dollars. This office has went down hill. Office manager even admits that someone probably forgot to file insurance. Shady!! Don’t come here.
Have had 2 crowns done and all staff are friendly and great. No issues at all and billing is crystal clear (seen a 1 star review slating billing when I have had 100% ease of use) Extremely happy with all staff and work carried out.
Recommendedstaff is very friendly and professional. They set up treatment plans to best utilize your coverage so your out of pocket is minimal
Their staff is incompetent. They send incorrect information to your insurance company often, which leads to your insurance company being unable to process claims. All the while your receiving late charges. This goes on for months on end. Run the other way!
My wife in February had to get a denture repaired. This took at least 4 weeks which I guess is ok. That replacement cracked shortly after she received it. She has made calls asking to speak with the person in charge of the Associate groups, left her number and has not received a callback. I have called the office, and also asked for her to be called back. The person I talked with sent an email to the person in charge. As of two weeks still no replay. This is totally sad and not acceptable as a way to run a business.
