BEWARE!!! If you are a new patient they will do unnecessary exams that won't be covered by insurance. They have been difficult to work with and I highly recommend finding another practice. Terrible service!!
This was my first visit to UDA and Dr. Hopkins went above and beyond! When he realized I had scheduled an exam and not a cleaning by mistake, Dr. Hopkins did the cleaning so I wouldn't have to come back. (I had taken a day off work to do several appointments.) Dr. Hopkins was doing a great job on the cleaning but he was "rescued" by the hygienist when another appointment cancelled. I appreciate this customer service so much and Dr. Hopkins was a good sport!
