If I could do a ZERO I would!!! I have been a patient here over 15 plus years and the last couple of years have been trying to say the least. If they can actually get your insurance information correct and in their system that would be a feat in itself!! I have provided my insurance information at each 6 months visit, and I am still getting bills.
