RecommendedI have NEVER had a dentist that was as kind, patient, understanding and gentle as UDA. I probably would not have as many dental issues as I do if I had. As long as I live in driving distance, this will be where I go. If you are in search of top quality dental care, come here. 💜
the absolute worst dentist office ever. got off my job to go to my appt long before the pandemic started. arrived and the doors were locked no call or anything. also my daughter has had 4 of her appointments cancelled the day of her appt. do not go here...very inconsiderate
First I want to say that the staff is very friendly and my first time there was not bad. It was when I had to go in for my cleaning a month later that was the problem. The second time I went in, I waited probably about 30-40 minutes before the lady that was going to do my cleaning showed up. But she apologized and said something had come up that she needed to take care of (she left again for a few minutes). So I was like no problem. Painful experience can’t recommend
Billed unnecessarily. They forget to file things from previous years and then you get hit with a bill for a couple of hundred dollars. This office has went down hill. Office manager even admits that someone probably forgot to file insurance. Shady!! Don’t come here.
Have had 2 crowns done and all staff are friendly and great. No issues at all and billing is crystal clear (seen a 1 star review slating billing when I have had 100% ease of use) Extremely happy with all staff and work carried out.
Dr. Daniels is the best, his staff is great
I am in shock by the way I was treated today. It was my first time visiting the office, as I have a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. After taking the X-ray and informing me I indeed needed to have it pulled, I naturally had a few question as to what I should expect during and after the procedure.. instead of making me feel comfortable and answering 2 simple questions he was very rude and dismissive.
