I see all the negative reviews and I empathize with them. However I had a different experience with them. I found them professional and courteous. Tia is good at what she does, explaining the process each step. The dentist was gentle and took her time, she didn’t talk much but that’s ok as long as she did the job correctly. They tried to offer me Invisalign for $5,600 which I respectfully declined. Other than that no problem. I’ll update if I encounter any.

I have had a lot of dental work over my lifetime with multiple dentists and after my crown experience here I will never return. The dentist here is so non personable that I don't even know her name and barely saw her. Left most of the work up to one of her dental assistants. Both trips I left in pain and the staff seem to not have cared less. I've had two crowns before and never felt pain. I tried to transfer to a different location and UDA wouldn't allow me to.
