When we moved our son into this apartment, we were shocked at the condition it was in. The unit was dirty, with stains on the carpets, dust everywhere, hair balls in bedroom and bathroom, and hair in the bathroom sink and tub. The dirt inside the tub was looked as if it had been there for years. It was evident that the unit had not been cleaned before we arrived. Do not, do not, do not live here. If you value peace and quiet, honest management staff, and a peaceful community stay as far away from University Crossing as you can. Police are called to the complex at least once a week, trash everywhere, and uncaring management. After filing several complaints about other residents in Building K, I was told by the property manager I would be able to move apartments. We agreed to wait a while to see if the new property rules would work to resolve my complaints (they didn't), so I returned... read more
