Old management was really good but the new management is much worse. They are not welcoming and don't treat their customers well. They don't respond to tickets properly by phone or email. When you meet in person they aren't even punctual. The manager tried to solve the issue, but the lady at the desk didn't even want to work, I guess. Management is changed and new management is so much worse!! Their managerial capability is really questionable!! They will not inform you while they are going to do something on day work and guess what? In your home, there will be no electricity, no internet!! This is literally harassment!
