Expensive. Decent quality. Good turnaround on maintenance requests, but aging buildings mean you have decent odds of needing to report something during your stay there. Good staff. Good and friendly maintenance teams. Manager likes Taco John’s over Taco Bell, so minus points for that.
An absolute safe and serene apartment. Extremely nice staffs and a community you would forever call home.
Decent place to live but quite expensive and I didn't feel it deserved that amount. You can get your own bathroom and they have in-unit laundry which are major bonuses. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to campus but it doesn't run on breaks (as of the time this review was written) which could cause you troubles if you don't have a car as you will have to climb up that steep hill almost every time you decide to go out. Everything works well, good internet, gym facilities available and I personally like the volleyball court. Great way to keep in shape.
The weekday shuttle to campus and free printing services at the leasing office are incredibly helpful and convenient
