I’ve been a resident at University Commons for the past three years, and it has been a fantastic experience. Caitlin, the property manager, is truly outstanding. She is always responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure all residents feel heard and cared for. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is well-kept and safe. I would highly recommend both Caitlin and University Commons to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after moving out I felt it was important to share my experience so others know what to expect. The complex itself has potential, but the management and overall professionalism were extremely disappointing. The move-out charges were the biggest issue. I was charged over $300, including $180 for “wall repairs” that they claimed required four hours of labor. I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks now. Caitlin, our property manager has taken good care of us from the time we started our tour. Thank you for helping us feel welcomed and comfortable in this community.
