I’m so impressed with Caitlin. She worked incredibly hard to help us get into our new home. She kept us updated the whole time, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. We’re so grateful for her persistence and kindness, and we’re excited to call this our new home thanks to her support!
So far a great place to live. Spacious modern floorplan, full-size W/D, grounds are well-maintained. Caitlin the property manager has been communicative and attentive.
A beautiful apartment complex and Caitlin the community manager is very efficient and attentive, she helped us a lot.
They kept our deposit, charged us for everything ever possible. We were informed that they are going to install new cabinets and that there is no need to do a precise cleaning, so we left everything in a good condition, carpets, floor and everything else. Still they charged us. Cabana club has been closed for 2 years! Renters are not able to use community building as they keep their stuff inside. Playground for kids is in a worse condition ever and needs replacement, and they make you pay more every 3 months or so.
