I don’t usually leave reviews, but after moving out I felt it was important to share my experience so others know what to expect. The complex itself has potential, but the management and overall professionalism were extremely disappointing. The move-out charges were the biggest issue. I was charged over $300, including $180 for “wall repairs” that they claimed required four hours of labor. Caitlin the property manager has went above and beyond to help me through the process of getting an apartment at University commons. The apartment is awesome.
I've been living here for a few years and recently moved into a 2 bedroom unit. The current property manager, Caitlin, has been very helpful and kept us well-informed during the whole process. The new unit is great. Caitlin has been the most affable and easygoing property manager since I initially moving here a few years ago. Thanks for the new home!
