The actual buildings and amenities are always disgusting and unclean. Their website pictures are old and a lie. You get to watch them prioritize painting concrete flooring near the pool instead of the INFESTATION of wasps nests on the buildings. Or the panels falling off the sides of their dirty buildings! I've lived here for a couple of months now, and I am very pleased with my unit and with the staff that work here. Management and maintenance are very quick to address anything that needs help. They actually care about where you live and were excellent with roommate matching. I really appreciate the community events and amenities. Additionally, parking is super easy as there are tons of spaces! All in all, I think for the price point and location, this is a great place to live.
My experience at University Commons has honestly been really good so far. When I moved in this fall, there were a couple of small issues with my apartment — some cleanliness stuff and the dryer wasn’t working — but the team got it sorted out super quickly. I pointed out the hygiene issues in my room, and the manager had someone come the same day. I won’t rent my dog a unit unless it was owned by outside contractors cause yes it’s a condominium property. Even the owner of their own unit shared their personal issues with female property managers. You’d thought she was the Queen of the property how she controls her staff. She’s very Contradictory and Hypocritical. She has no Property management skills yet alone American Knowledge.
