Great place for students; best price you'll find in the area, right by campus, and a good place to make friends if you're new to town. Very helpful staff and quick with repairs as well.
Good office staff ,gathering community events and complain managment. Recommended
Pretty cool place! Competitive rates and amazing maintenance. I have never had to wait more than one day for the staff to respond to maintenance requests. The staff is very engaging and they arrange little events here and there to keep the festive vibe going. The most important aspect of this location is the bus services. Staying in University Commons has been a wonderful experience especially as an international student coming here for the first time. The fact that there are 6 bus routes that can be accessed is often a lifesaver for me. The people in management have been great and from what I have observed they have been more understanding about things than you would think. Although I have had a couple of minor issues with maintenance, I was still able to solve it once I informed of the problems.
