BEWARE: I'll start with the positive. The work looks fantastic. But after 5 months, of dealing with them and 52 days of it being in their possession, it should be. My daughter was rear-ended on Sept 19, 2023. After a few weeks of dealing with the at fault's insurance, they gave the all clear to get it repaired. So I reached out to University Collision and sent them the claim paperwork as well as photos of the damage. Friendly, Professional, Excellent work, Local Family Business. When I got smacked from behind and needed to take my car in for repairs, I had no idea where to go. We took our car in for repair to back bumper( a tree jumped out and clobbered me in the rear🤕) We didn't know where to take the wounded auto and a friend recommended UCC. These people were so friendly and professional. The car was repaired in record time and they even cleaned her up beautifully. We hope to avoid attack trees in the future but would recommend university collision to anyone in need of car bodywork.
