Big HUGE thank you to the awesome customer service rep at the Coop. I really wanted one certain item for my son for Christmas and was having trouble finding it because it was on back order. Started a chat on the website and the person helping me (who I cannot remember!) went WAY above and beyond, looked around the store, checked the east location for it and found it!! I got exactly what I was looking for delivered to my house today!! BOOM. Gotta love that!!!! Thank you so much!!!
