This was an excellent experience with amazing service. The history of San Francisco is amazing. The food and service there is exceptional. Thank you for everything.

The most important thing in a hotel is a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were in very poor condition. The pillows were old, lumpy, and extremely uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep. In addition, all of the doors appear to be old and make a very loud noise when closing, which creates constant disturbance. What was even more unacceptable was that at 11:40 PM I was awakened by a loud conversation between the front desk employee and a guest right outside my room. Guests stay at a hotel expe... read more
