They are charging us near $600 from our last apt even though the messes and a majority of the damage is them not bringing maintenance people to fix them. Not only that but it was to be renovated anyway,the pictures they show for the renovations are done cheap as possible. DONT FALL FOR IT! It’s made just to look good so the people can buy into it and they’ll charge bs charges,they charged $75 for 2 damaged blinds. This is the only place we got to stay and they’re trying to get us out.
