Towing business They use the towing as a business against tenant, they’ll tow your car without notice for the dumbest reason ever and manipulate you so you can pay, once they tow it you’ll pay at least 300 to get it out my car got towed multiple times. I got the apartment for me to save money but what good did it do me when all the money I saved was used to get my car from the tow company. Reviews I loved the services that was offered to me the lady at the front desk was very helpful.
DO NOT RENT HERE Numerous issues including but not limited to AC/Heating issues, 90% of the washers/dryers not working in the laundry room, constant drug dealing and shady characters around. Also as of yesterday the power has been off for OVER 24 HOURS. Had to rent a hotel due to it being almost 90 in my apartment that of course they won’t reimburse.
Stay Away Terrible. Numerous AC/Heating issues and the hot water is turned off literally 2-3 times a week. Can’t wait to move out! Also, the laundry room only has 2-3 washers and dryers functioning at any given time. The rest are always broken.
cute studio so far everyone has been helpful here maintenance has been by a couple of times for issues but they were quick to fix anything
simple and comfortable we lived here for a year and a half, never had any issues! maintenance was always quick and communication was great.
small but nice so far i've had a good experience. my ac wasnt working when i moved in but they came out same day and fixed it.
Awful. This place is absolutely disgusting. the pest control man has come 3 times the past 10 months i’ve lived here with my best friend. the week we moved in, my friends room and bathroom flooded. as the water leakage was fixed. they left HUGE holes in our walls for weeks. hot water in the master bedroom’s shower is still not fixed. the roaches are AWFUL. i don’t even want to sleep in my own bed. i feel so itchy and nasty all the time. i’ve woken up with roaches in my BED. woken up with bug bites as well. the musty smell ne... read more
