Ur service is absolutely HORRIBLE! It took 4 days to get my uniform back after checking with yall day after day an it was suppose to be done the next day but wasnt because of yalls mistake! When I went in there Wednesday the chubby woman wit a pink shirt an glasses with thin hair was rude as hell yall need better customer service I missed school cuz of yall an that woman was a total witch that day ill be taking my service elsewhere. University Cleaners is terrible. The owner is a short red neck that sucks. He has no idea how customer service works and what ever you do, do not try out their alteration because, they charge you for it and they take your pins out and tell you that they have finished it after you pay and then they rip you off, in actuality they havent even touched it.
The employee was very informative and helpful. Would do business there anytime.
The WORST cleaners in town. Just got my sport coat dry cleaned and found all my buttons were torn off and the ones that were still on it were burned!!! And they did not even bother to tell me when I picked it up! It was a very expensive sport coat and now it is ruined! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO BE RUINED! I am very dissappointed. There are many other decent dry cleaning businesses in town, Id recommend you visit them before ever thinking about taking your business here. :(
University Cleaners does a pretty good job. Best in oxford in my opinion.
