Robert Richardson was consistently attentive to our needs, answered our questions promptly and researched diligently. His friendly and professional manner made him a pleasure to work with. You can tell he has many years of experience behind him.
I would not recommend Robert to my worst enemy. He won’t answer calls or meet with you in person. We unfortunately got stuck with him because he’s the person our seller chose and here we are still having issues a year later. He’s beyond awful.
Unfortunately, when buying our house the seller chose to use this guy as the closing agency. He was unprofessional and he screens all calls, so you can’t call him- he has to call you back in order to speak to him. Now, over a year later I find out he didn’t pay previously allocated fees associated with our closing costs. The agency requiring the payment tried to contact him for months without a response after the house closing.
