Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Came to sign up with Dr. Peter Areo as a family physician and the process was easy and efficient. Have only just began to get healthcare here, but my first impression so far has been positive. Dr. Areo is helpful, punctual, cares about his patients and easy to book an appointment with. Will continue coming back here!
Been with a condition for over a year, unbelievable wait times for walk ins, doctors come in late, prescriptions 9/10 times don’t work as they just take your money. Told them countless times the severity of my condition they kept brushing it down. Horrible in my opinion.
We have many family members who attend this clinic . We have seen both our own Dr Bains but also others at various times . From the front staff to the staff listening to us with our concerns , they do it with care and knowledge . We appreciate having them as part of out health team. They go above and beyond to have you seen in a reasonable time and communicate with your wonderings which can alleviate much worry for family and family members . Thank you 😊
