We have many family members who attend this clinic . We have seen both our own Dr Bains but also others at various times . From the front staff to the staff listening to us with our concerns , they do it with care and knowledge . We appreciate having them as part of out health team. They go above and beyond to have you seen in a reasonable time and communicate with your wonderings which can alleviate much worry for family and family members . Thank you 😊

Dr Popsor. Is my kid's pediatrician. I am very honoured to write that she is the most amazing, kind, helping, respectful, knowledgeable and best pediatrician! Our kids love her and she always guides us correctly. Her staff is very kind, respectful and professional. We truly appreciate her and amazing efforts.
Absolutely terrible experience. The front desk staff were unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. There were three receptionists, and instead of helping, they acted like basic courtesy was too much to ask for. While I was speaking to one receptionist, the blonde lady kept interrupting—cutting off both me and her co-worker—and speaking in a rude, dismissive tone.
